Welcome to the Summit

We are so glad you’re here. By accessing our site or attending the Beneath the Surface Women’s Summit, you agree to these terms. Please read them as they outline how we operate with integrity and care for our community in Chattanooga, TN.

Registrations & Tickets

Registration is required for all attendees. Tickets are non-refundable, but we understand life happens. You may transfer your ticket to another person up to 72 hours before the event starts. Please notify us in writing to finalize any transfers.

Code of Conduct

Beneath the Surface is a sanctuary for honest dialogue. We expect all participants including attendees, speakers, volunteers and staff to treat one another with deep respect and kindness. We reserve the right to remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive or disrespectful to the safety of our circle.

Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Our workshops and talks are designed for personal growth, community support, and emotional empowerment. However, they are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or mental health treatment. Participation is at your own discretion.

Intellectual Property

All materials, talks, and branding provided during the summit are the intellectual property of Beneath the Surface and our respective speakers. Unauthorized distribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Photography & Media Consent

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for use in our promotional materials and social media. If you have any privacy concerns, please let our team know at check-in.

Payments & Liability

Payments are handled securely via third-party processors. Beneath the Surface and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from event attendance; our liability is limited to the cost of your ticket.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Chattanooga, TN. We reserve the right to update these terms as needed.
