At Beneath the Surface Women’s Summit, we believe that every woman deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. Our commitment to inclusivity extends beyond our conversations; we are dedicated to making our digital experience and our in-person events in Chattanooga, TN, accessible to all attendees and visitors.

Our Commitment & Goals

We strive to ensure our website and summit experiences are inclusive. Our goal is to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. While we work diligently toward this standard, we recognize that accessibility is an ongoing journey rather than a one-time guarantee. We are constantly learning and improving to meet the needs of our diverse community.

What We Are Doing

Readable Typography: Selecting fonts and sizes that prioritize legibility for all readers.
Color Contrast: Ensuring text and background colors have sufficient contrast for better visibility.
