Welcome to Beneath the Surface(“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in any event, program, or experience hosted under the Beneath the Surface brand.

By registering for or attending one of our summits, you agree to the following terms:

1. Event Registration & Payment

• Tickets must be purchased in advance through our designated platform.

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual up to 7 days before the event by emailing [your email address].

• Prices, speakers, and schedules are subject to change without notice.

 

2. Code of Conduct

We are committed to a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund. All attendees, volunteers, and speakers are expected to follow our published [Code of Conduct].

 

3. Photography & Media Release

By attending, you consent to being photographed and recorded for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be included in photography or video, please notify our staff at check-in and request a non-photo wristband or badge.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All event content, including presentations, handouts, and recordings, are the property of Beneath the Surface and its contributors. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any material without written permission.

 

5. Health & Liability Disclaimer

This event is for educational and inspirational purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical, legal, or psychological advice. By attending, you assume all risk related to your participation, including personal or emotional responses.

 

6. Changes or Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events for any reason. In such cases, a full or partial refund or ticket transfer may be offered at our discretion.

 

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee, USA.
